SHARKDRIVE synchronous toothed guides are applied under the conveyor belts, creating a new generation hybrid.

They are used where synchronous conveying of products is required. They are used for advancing conveyor belts with widths greater than 100 mm and up to 1200 mm. They are suitable for 20 mm, 25 mm, 30 mm and 40 mm widths.

Their structural characteristics require the use of a single toothed drive pulley, while all idler pulleys must be smooth.

Application advantages:
Motion certainty (no slippage), reduction of the winding diameter on the driven rollers up to 13 mm, low stress on the conveyor mechanics, elimination of the back up rolls near the drive pulley, elimination of the rubber covering, outer surface structured by industrial process.
