VISIONCOVER
POLYURETHANE BACKINGS MADE BY CASTING
VISIONCOVER are jointless TPU backings obtained by casting, which can be used on both welded timing belts and polyurethane "Visionflex" truly endless flex timing belts without cable interruption.
They are mostly used to incorporate the plates of the "Vision Titan" openable joints and are suitable for various machining operations such as longitudinal and deep transverse grooves and CNC machining.
Ranges of hardness:

TIMING BELT WITH SHAPED POLYURETHANE COATINGS
Timing belts with shaped polyurethane coatings are made by casting.
This type of coating is performed on the outer back of both Visionflex truly endless flex timing belts and Vision M open end timing belts.
Shaped polyurethane coated timing belts are used to convey cylindrical products while avoiding the use of side restraining straps or other restraint systems.
This special coating is performed only on Extraflex timing belts pitch TV 10, to ensure maximum flexibility in both bending and counter-bending.
These belts are used in the food industry and have certifications in accordance with European standards.
They are available in two versions: the standard version with a matte surface suitable for product acceleration transport in production lines, and the PAZ backing version for product accumulation.
