VISION M
OPEN END POLYURETHANE TIMING BELTS
VISION M timing belts are manufactured from 92 polyurethane Sh.A in white color and supplied in open spools for linear motion.
They are also available with "PAZ" polyamide fabric tooth cover, or standard green "PAR" back cover.
They are also available in special versions with extruded central guide or with oversized cables for heavier loads.
They are extremely resistant to abrasion and wear and they can be welded with "Vision W" and "Vision Puzzle" joints, or equipped with "Dentitan" or "Vision Titan" openable joints.
Since they can be manufactured to very tight tolerances, "Vision M" belts are reliable and have excellent dimensional stability.

VISION M "RE"
POLYURETHANE OPEN END TIMING BELTS WITH GROUND BACK
The VISION M “RE” timing belt is made of 92° Sh.A polyurethane and it is supplied as open length rolls for use in linear motion, industrial automation and end-of-line packaging.
It differs from the VISION M by two features:
This product line is machined at required length and width, with steel strands and in both metric and inch pitches. It has been specially created to provide custom pieces, even with perforations at both ends.
Also available with "PAZ" polyamide fabric tooth cover, in standard green color.
The cut to width service is for free.
Extra discount on raw material depending on the length of the cut.
Also available with a Viscent clamping plate kit.
It differs from the VISION M by two features:
- Matte outer surface similar to Visionflex belts
- Total standard of 5.3mm compared to 4.5mm for the VISION M. It can be reduced to a smaller thickness in case of special requirements.
