VISIONFLEX
TRULY ENDLESS FLEX TIMING BELTS
VISIONFLEX are polyurethane truly endless flex timing belts, also called “Flex”. They are custom-made and can be both single or double sided belts (“Visionflex DD”).
They are made of thermoplastic polyurethane with continuous Kevlar or stainless steel strands.
Flex are resistant to high loads and are therefore used for power transmission and precision positioning in the transportation of products in industrial automation.
The "PAZ" nylon coating on the tooth reduces the noise and the friction coefficient during the engagement on the sliding planes.
The "PAR" nylon coating on the back reduces the friction coefficient in product accumulation.
The traction cables inside the Flex truly endless timing belt can be partialized, and it is possible to carry out custom mechanical processing.

FOOD GRADE TRULY ENDLESS FLEX
TIMING BELTS
VISFOOD timing belts are a special version of the "Visionflex" truly endless flex timing belts.
Since they are produced for food and hygiene sectors, they are used where precision and repeatability of the product feed cycle is required.
They can be produced in all the pitches in the "Visionflex" selection, in neutral or blue color.
"Vision T" attachments can be applied on these belts and they can be customized with any mechanical processing (see "Vismach" and "Holesmach" machining).
The polymer used is non-hygroscopic (certified by Italian center of excellence for testing and certification C.S.I.) and the cables are in stainless steel, so they are suitable for food contact (both wet and dry food).
They can also be supplied with black or light blue antistatic "Paz" fabric.
