Our product range includes rubber coated timing belts, polyurethane coated timing belts, fabric covered timing belts and truly endless flex coated timing belts. We manufacture timing belts coated with expanded or high density rubber and fabric or felt covered timing belts.
Coated belts can be customized with welded or removable attachments. All coated timing belts can be machined to design by removing parts or drilling vacuum holes. Open end timing belts, sleeves and truly endless flex timing belts can be rubber or fabric coated. Rubber coated timing belts can withstand high temperatures and high friction coefficients. All rubber coated timing belts can be oil resistant. All timing belts can either be silicone coated, made of FOAM, or made of double layer of sponge and rubber.
Rubber coatings can be made of synthetic rubbers or nitrile rubbers. Coated timing belts are widely used in the production lines of vertical packaging machines and in industrial automation in general.
