ENDLESCOAT are abrasion-resistant rubber coatings on the back of polyurethane timing belts, made using a highly innovative industrial process of thermoplastic vulcanization performed at high temperature.

Three types of purple-red compounds are available:

• Nitrile rubber with honeycomb surface, 5.5 mm thickness
• Natural rubber with honeycomb surface, 5.5 mm thickness
• Natural rubber with ground coating, standard thicknesses from 3 to 6 mm

They can be installed on "VISIONFLEX" truly endless flex timing belts and on "VISION PUZZLE DS” timing belts, as well as on the DENTITAN and VISION TITAN belts with interlocking joints. On the back of this cover it is possible to perform mechanical processing, such as HOLESCUT holes, HOLESVA loops, or other types of custom processing..
