SHARKING belts originate from Sharkdrive synchronous conveyor belts to satisfy the need to industrialize and standardize the production process of the same.

The selection of these belts consists of 6 types of products with different coatings.
As with Sharkdrive, SHARKING can be produced in standard widths:

• From 150mm up to 500mm for single guide belts
• From 500mm up to 1600mm for double guide belts

Application advantages:

• Since the selection consists of only 6 types, it will be possible to reduce production times by making a scheduled planning of deliveries
• Possibility of stocking semi-finished reels and custom synchronous reels for the customer
• No winding limit; rewinding diameters reducible up to 13mm
• Same flexibility values both in bending and in reverse bending
• No slippage resulting in smooth belt advancement
• No slippage resulting in smooth belt motion, thanks to the use of a single toothed pulley
• Within the product range there is a black opaque belt that is particularly suitable for photocells for optical readers of the transported products. Also indicated for the manufacture of belts for 90° and 180° twists

SHARKING belts are mainly used for robot servicing, namely when skidding on the drive pulley must be avoided, without installing the encoder. They are also used in the industrial automation field where it is necessary to install large quantities of belts, with recurring length standards.
