NYLON OPENABLE JOINTS FOR TIMING
BELTS
VISION TEX are openable nylon joints that enable quick replacement of VISION M timing belts with Kevlar cables.
These belts are designed to reduce production downtime. In fact, they simplify extraordinary maintenance as there is no need to disassemble mechanical parts to replace the belt.
Supplied in three standard versions:
These joints are closed by the insertion of a nylon thread and therefore can be used even in the presence of metal detectors.
One of the main advantages is that Vision Tex joints are completely retractable.
They guarantee a high resistance to working loads during product conveying and a good resistance to temperatures between -20°C (-4°F) and +90°C (194 °F).
