VISPUL MODULAR are toothed pulleys made of light alloy metal. They are modular in the standard formats required by the market. They are closed by means of clamping screws and corresponding seals.

VISPUL MODULAR pulleys make it possible for the first time ever to design a custom pulley for the desired application. At the same time, they replicate the characteristics of commercial pulleys available on the market:

1. Pulleys with lateral tang, with or without flanges
2. Pulleys with two lateral tangs with or without flanges
3. Tangle-free pulleys with flanges

Furthermore it is possible to produce VISPUL MODULAR pulleys with O-rings.
These are called Vispul Half and are used for timing belt centering. They also have trapezoidal channels that can contain timing belts with trapezoidal guides.

ADVANTAGES

• With a few modular elements with different widths, it is possible to shape more than 300 different versions of toothed pulleys for each type of Z teeth.
• These pulleys are treated with silver ions known as BTC treatment. This gives the surface a 100% permanent bactericidal effect over time. This eliminates any bacteria that could contaminate the conveyed product.
