The goal is to cushion the blows and minimize breakage of dry pasta, crackers, cookies and any other processed food items. Most of the time, after a few continuous cycles of work, some pieces of these sheets come off and inevitably end up in the production process and therefore in the packaging of the finished product.
Our ETERDECT technology solves the problem because it can detect any material dispersion. In fact, our polyurethane sheet is traceable by metal detectors even in very small fragments and has a food certification that gives an additional guarantee to those who use it.

FOOD GRADE DETECTABLE SILICONE
FLEXIBLE SHEETS
SILIKDECT is a flexible white silicone rubber sheet, absolutely insensitive to humidity and suitable for direct contact with food. It is traceable by metal detectors used for packaging in the food industry.
The traceable part of the Silikdect silicone sheet is located exclusively on the inside.
Therefore, even if the product thins due to wear, the traceability area in square mm remains unchanged.

SLEEDECT are flexible sleeves made using ETERDECT polyurethane sheet traceable by metal detectors. They are suitable for food contact.
