VISIONFLEX
TRULY ENDLESS FLEX TIMING BELTS
VISIONFLEX are truly endless flex polyurethane timing belts, also called “flex”.
They are custom-made and can be both single or double sided belts (“Visionflex DD”).
They are made of thermoplastic polyurethane with continuous steel strands, Kevlar strands or stainless steel strands.
Flex are resistant to high loads and are therefore used for power transmission and for the manufacture of timing belts for precision positioning in the conveying of products for industrial automation.
The "PAZ" nylon coating on the tooth reduces the noise and the friction coefficient during the engagement on the sliding planes.
The "PAR" nylon coating on the back reduces the friction coefficient in product accumulation.
The traction cables inside the Flex truly endless timing belt can be partialized, and it is possible to carry out custom mechanical processing.

TPU DOUBLE-SIDED TRULY ENDLESS FLEX TIMING BELTS
VISIONFLEX DD are polyurethane double-sided truly endless flex timing belts with no cable interruptions. They are made of thermoplastic polyurethane with continuous steel strands, Kevlar strands or stainless steel strands.
Available in T5, AT5, T10, AT10 and H with a hardness of 82 – 85 – 92 Sh.A.
These timing belts transmit motion to several shafts thanks to their double toothing. Machining can be performed on the belt and on any type of pitch where air vacuum is required (VACUUM).
In some cases, some material is removed by creating longitudinal channels in order to facilitate driveability in the absence of flanges.
