FOOD GRADE SYNCHRONOUS CONVEYOR BELTS
DOLPHINE toothed conveyor belts are a new generation hybrid product that meshes with commercial toothed pulleys.
Their structural characteristics require the use of only one toothed pulley, namely the driving pulley.
All other idler pulleys which will complete the geometry of the conveyor must be smooth.
They have been conceived for the synchronous transport of products and not for power transmission.
They can be produced in widths between 10 and 100 mm (150 mm for AT10 and H tooth profile). For larger widths, the use of conveyor belts with "Sharkdrive" synchronous guides is recommended.
