VISION TITAN are openable joints that allow the rapid assembly of timing belts for synchronous transport. They thus avoid the disassembly of the carpentry and a drastic reduction of downtime costs. They are made by an interlocking method, which guarantees high durability and an increase of +25% in resistance to tensile load compared to a "Vision W" welded joint. The timing belts are closed by means of stainless steel "Viscent" false teeth, combined with clamping plates, coupled through the use of screws. The openable timing belt can be equipped with "Visblocks" mechanical attachments also along the joint. These blocks are used for synchronous transport. “Vision Titan" joints can also be produced in the "retractable" version in order to ensure that the back remains flat. Slots are made in the back to allow the insertion of clamping plates of the same height as the previously applied backing, thus avoiding any height difference.
